Alternative to a Smear Test

I often talk about the disadvantages of smear tests and why I will never have one, nor will I ever advocate for them.

Many people are asking for the alternative, there are a few but the one that I use and recommend is this one below - a urine sample HPV test that tests for HPV 16, 18, 31, 59, 66, 53, 33, 58, 45, 56, 52, 35, 68, 51, 39, 82, 26, 73, 6, 11, 81. (almost 4 times what the NHS 'tests' for.
