In 2023, it seems that every ailment has a tablet or a prescription to cure it. We have become so reliant on pharmaceutical drugs that we have forgotten about the power of natural healing. Homeopathic remedies and natural health practices have been pushed aside in favour of quick-fix solutions provided by big pharmaceutical companies. But it's time to revive the lost art of natural healing and take back control of our own well-being. I feel that it’s now time to explore how pharmaceutical greed has eradicated the use of natural health ideas and why it's important to trust our intuition when it comes to our health. I feel that if we don’t start waking up as a collective now, within a decade, it’ll be too late.
Let’s be honest, it's hard to deny the reign of pharmaceutical dominance. Radio adverts, TV commercials, bus stop signposts… it’s in your face everywhere! The power and influence of big pHARMa, eats into every aspect of our healthcare system, from the medications we take to the treatments we receive. But how did natural healing practices, that once considered the foundation of health and wellness (and has saved humanity since the dawn of mankind), become overshadowed by the pharmaceutical industry?
To understand the reign of pharmaceutical dominance, we must take a look at the rise of modern medicine and the advancements in ‘drug’ development. Over the years, pharmaceutical companies have invested significant resources in researching and producing new medicines, often with promising results (and even more often, forgetting to mention the deadly side effects). This, coupled with clever marketing strategies and partnerships with healthcare providers, has allowed pharmaceutical companies to establish a stronghold in healthcare, especially the NHS.
Unfortunately, this dominance has come at a cost, especially that of our children. Did you know, that a child born today, for the first time in history, will not outlive its parents by expected and average age of death?
As pharmaceutical companies prioritise profit over the well-being of individuals, natural healing practices have been pushed aside. Homeopathic remedies, herbal supplements, and other traditional healing methods have been dismissed as mere folklore or labelled as ineffective. Instead, we are encouraged to rely on prescription drugs that come with a host of side effects and risks and if we DON’T want them, we are labelled as ‘hippy’ ‘anti vaxxer’ or a ‘conspiracy theorist’.
But as we witness the negative consequences of this pharmaceutical domination, it is becoming increasingly clear that we have lost touch with our natural ability to heal ourselves. We have forgotten the power of nature and the wisdom of traditional healing practices that have been passed down through generations.
If you explore the decline of natural healing practices, it becomes clear that the rise of pharmaceutical superiority has played a significant role. The pharmaceutical industry, driven by profit, has successfully eroded the trust and confidence we once had in natural health ideas and therefore the trust that we once had in OURSELVES.
One of the main factors contributing to this decline, is the lack of scientific evidence and research in natural healing practices. Pharmaceutical companies heavily invest in clinical trials and studies to prove the efficacy and safety of their products, whereas natural remedies often lack the same level of scientific backing. Why on earth would big pHARMa want to invest research in natural cures that we can access on our own, grow ourselves or create ourselves? They’d put themselves out of business. As a result, we have been conditioned to believe that if something doesn't have a pill or prescription attached to it, it must be unreliable or pseudoscience.
Additionally, the influence of the pharmaceutical industry extends beyond scientific research. Through strategic marketing and partnerships with healthcare providers, they have managed to shape public opinion and perceptions about natural healing including labelling those who use natural health as ‘alternative’. This has led to a widespread belief that pharmaceutical drugs are the only reliable and legitimate form of treatment.
The decline of natural healing practices also stems from a shift in societal values and priorities. We live in a fast-paced, convenience-driven world where quick-fix solutions are favoured over holistic approaches. The idea of taking a pill to instantly alleviate symptoms seems more appealing than making lifestyle changes or using natural remedies that may take longer to show results. It’s 2023, people are lazy. They want a quick fix, no responsibility.
However, it is essential to remember that our bodies are innately designed to heal themselves. Natural remedies and other traditional practices have stood the test of time, providing relief and well-being for centuries. All you need to do is take a look at how old society is, to see that as proof. Much older than any long standing pHARMa company!
One of the ways in which big pharma exerts its influence, is through aggressive marketing campaigns. If you ever need ANY proof to this, please go back to 2020-2022 and see the MASSIVE campaign surrounding the convid vaccine. These campaigns are designed to promote their prescription drugs as the ultimate solution for any health issue. Through strategic advertising and partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies have successfully convinced the public that their medications are the ONLY effective treatments available.
In addition to marketing, big pharma also has a significant influence on healthcare policies and regulations. They (illegally) lobby governments and regulatory bodies to shape the rules and regulations surrounding the approval and sale of medications. This influence often results in policies that favour pharmaceutical companies over natural health practices.
Furthermore, pharmaceutical companies have heavily been known to fund medical research and clinical trials, creating a conflict of interest. When they finance studies, they have the ability to manipulate the outcomes in their favour, casting doubt on the validity of the research and potentially distorting public perception of natural healing practices. FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL.
This manipulation of public health decisions by big pharma has serious consequences. It limits access to natural remedies, stifles innovation in natural health practices, and perpetuates the notion that pharmaceutical drugs are the only reliable option. It is essential that we critically examine the influence of big pharma and reclaim our autonomy in making decisions about our health.
Intuition is a powerful tool that we all possess, but it has been overshadowed by the pharmaceutical industry's messaging. We have been led to believe that only prescription drugs hold the key to our health, and that our bodies are incapable of healing on their own. But this couldn't be further from the truth….By reconnecting with our intuition, we can begin to listen to our bodies and trust our instincts. Our bodies are constantly sending us signals, but we have become so disconnected that we often ignore or dismiss them. It's time to start paying attention.
In today's world, there is often a divide between modern medicine and traditional healing practices. We are led to believe that we must choose one or the other, that they are mutually exclusive. But what if there is a way to bridge this gap and find synergy between the two? What if we can redefine health to incorporate the best of both worlds?
Modern medicine has undoubtedly made incredible advancements, and we should not dismiss its value. It has saved countless lives and provided relief for many. However, it also has its limitations. Pharmaceutical drugs often come with a list of side effects and risks that can be daunting. They target specific symptoms or ailments but may not address the underlying causes.
On the other hand, traditional healing practices have been passed down through generations for a reason. They have stood the test of time because they tap into the power of nature and the wisdom of our ancestors. They focus on holistic approaches that address the root causes of illness and promote overall well-being. They TREAT and CURE… they don’t just MASK symptoms.
By redefining health, we can embrace the synergy between modern medicine and traditional healing. We can combine the advancements of medical science with the healing power of nature. This means using pharmaceutical drugs when necessary, but also incorporating natural remedies, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle changes to support our bodies' innate ability to heal.

NO to pHarmaceuticals. I'm a 13 year consumer of CHLORINE DIOXIDE (CLO2), colloquially known as MMS - Master Mineral Solution. Change your health, change your life. I was trained by the man who discovered its healing power Jim Humble. www.jimhumble.co
Just before I read this I had a headache. So what did I take? Nothing pHARMAceutical. Instead I put a dot of peppermint oil on my temples & a dot of lavender oil above my upper lip. Headache went instantly 🙌
